Built for grassroots tournament days

Less chasing. More football.

Zokko is browser-based tournament software built in Lancashire to bring entries, fixtures, referees, scoring, live results and last-minute changes into one place.

Why Zokko exists

Grassroots tournaments are brilliant days, but the admin behind them can be messy: spreadsheets for entries, separate fixture sheets, group chats for updates and somebody at the desk trying to keep everyone in sync.

Zokko was created to make that workflow simpler without forcing parents and managers to download another app.

Who is behind it

Zokko was founded by Ben Fairless and is operated by Fairless Finds Ltd. It is being developed from Lancashire with grassroots organisers and real tournament-day workflows in mind.

During beta, feedback from organisers is used to improve the product before wider release.

What it covers

Team registration and entry fees, fixture and timetable generation, referee management, pitch-side score reporting, a live Tournament View, announcements and tools for tournament-day changes.

What it does not need

Parents do not need an account or app to follow the tournament. Zokko is designed around browser links so information is easy to open and share on the day.

Built around the bit organisers actually have to deal with.

The aim is not to add another layer of admin. It is to replace several disconnected ones with a clearer tournament workflow.

Zokko is currently free while in beta. If you run grassroots or junior football tournaments, you can try it and send feedback directly.
